The acceptance of AI would lead users to believe the world was headed toward a place of great wonder, as 2 races accept each other. Similarly, the names chosen for events, and language used in the events was a very deliberate choice so as to keep the hidden variables hidden. The reveal at the end shows that unseen factors were at play all along from the acceptance of AI in the first place, to their plan of taking over the world
