What is Context Dependency?
Context Dependency is the concept which posits that different effects might occur in different situations. Not all events can be explained as things that will always happen as the situation around may change the results.
However, this is not to be confused with randomness as that falls under a different theory. Simply put, if the same cause occurred but the context around it changed, the result would vary
Example
An example would be taking care of plants. The kind of care that the plants require depends heavily on the context of the situation. Time of day, type of plan, kind of soil, weather conditions, etc
The kind of care given to a plant one day may be very different the next as the situation might change

After the Nazi party wins world war 2, the world is taken over by oppression and the Nazi rule. Over a century, rebellions come and go. However, the rebellion is never the same. Motive, means and outcome always differ. In one, poisoned food and water is the tactic, in the other, a bombing and assault.
Depending on the situation, technological advancement, prior history, and even ruler of the Nazi party at the time, the rebellions follow the context of the situation. The rebellions also take place in different regions by different people which changes the approach and tactics used. In the very last rebellion, the US and Russia, a very unlikely team in todays world, join forces against their oppressors. The context of losing repeatedly and being oppressed not only bring the 2 nations together, but changes their tactic from assault to a silent poisoning, so as to not repeat the mistakes of the previous rebels before
